PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The Performance Enhancement program is an additional service offered by the Med-Fit Center. This service emphasizes building athletic potential by focusing on various skills related to each sport. Speed, quickness, strength, agility, endurance and flexibility are components that will be emphasized in our training program. Team and individual sessions are available.
SMALL GROUP
Similar to One-On-One sessions, grab some friends or a family member and enjoy a workout session together! Small Group sessions help you stay motivated by keeping each other on track and increasing the likelihood of achieving results! Small Group sessions are also affordable alternatives to One-On-One sessions!
